Our 4th grade writing group has discovered an appreciation for mindfulness. They feel more relaxed and focused when participating in mindful activities. We decided to combine our writing and mindfulness by "committing" Random Acts of Kindness for others and journaling about them.
The Commitment
Beginning Thursday, April 21st, 2016, we commit to one Random Act of Kindness each day. We will reflect on why we chose it, how it made us feel and how it made the recipient feel as we listen to music, color or meditate. We will then record our thoughts in writing.
